Two brothers, the only children of healthy, unrelated parents with normal karyotypes, had 47,XXY‐Klinefelter's syndrome and bilateral testicular teratomas. The oldest XXY‐boy had, in addition, congenital hydrocephalus caused by congenital stenosis of the aqueduct of Sylvius.
