Larsen's syndrome inclucling bilateral dislocation of the knees, pes cavus, cylindrically shaped fingers, and a characteristic facial appearance is described in a mother and daughter. The mother's father may also have had some of the features of the syndrome. Previous reports of cases of Larsen's syndrome have involved only sporadic cases or affected siblings. It seemed likely that the syndrome was inherited as an autosomal dominant trait in this family.
