A 42 year‐old beekeeper who had an inhalant allergy to Compositeae pollen presented an adverse reaction while eating a honey which contained large numbers of Compositeae pollens. As she was not intolerant to honey of own production, which contained no Compositeae pollen, the adverse reaction seems so be attributed to these pollens
