This study describes a microtiter double antibody assay for the measurement of specific IgG, which is believed to be identical with blocking antibodies. The precipitates were harvested on glass fiber filters, and the activity from iodinated antigens fixed in the precipitates was used as a measure of the level of the serum blocking antibodies.
