An 80‐year‐old male, who had undergone orchiectomy because of prostatic cancer, presented with rosacea (for the first time in his life), weight loss and anemia, and was diagnosed with local recurrence of colon cancer. The hormonal disarrangement unbalance after orchiectomy and a paraneoplastic vasoactive substance may have contributed to the development of rosacea in this patient.
