SYNOPSIS Two new species of Micaredemus and two new species of Ischnodemus from Madagascar are described. Micaredemus decolor Slater is synonymised with Micaredemus antennatus Slater and the variability of this species is discussed. A note on theaffinities of the Madagascar blissine fauna is included.
