SYNOPSIS A new species of Coccus , close to Coccus subacutus (Newstead), from Malawi, and two other species of Coccus close to Coccus viridulus De Lotto, one from Egypt and the other from Malawi, are described. A new genus is erected, into which Akermes nitidulus De Lotto and a new species from Rhodesia have been placed.
