S ynopsis A new subfamily of Languriidae is erected to include the genera Atomarops, Empo‐cryptus, Toramus and Loberoschema , and the genera are redefined. A key is given to the species of Toramus represented in the British Museum (Nat. Hist.), five of these species being described as new from material from Sumatra.
