S ynopsis A new genus is erected for four species of typhlocybine Cicadellidae, and a key is given for their separation. One of the species is described as new from males and females taken on mango leaves in India, and the remaining three species are transferred from the genus Empoasca. A second new genus is erected for one new species of typhlocybine Cicadellidae described from males taken on mango in Malaysia.
