Symptoms of severe leaf blight observed on rosemary ( Rosmarinus officinalis ) at Bangalore, India, were demonstrated to be caused by Rhizoctonia solani (anamorph of Thanatephorus cucumeris ). This is thought to be the first recorded incidence of this pathogen causing disease on rosemary.
