SUMMARY Observations and brief descriptions are given on the following fungi, detected during routine examinations of plant material in Scotland: Fuisarium dimerum and F. oxysporum on potato tubers; Verticillium tricorpus on tomato plants; Drechslera tritici‐repentis on Agropyron repens; D. siccans on cereals and grasses; D. dictyoides on fescue; Phoma sp. causing root rot of chrysanthemum.
