SUMMARY Making use of a hydrogenic approximation, partial cross‐sections for K‐shell ionization are calculated for the elements beryllium to fluorine. The cross‐sections are presented graphically as a function of collection angle, for 60, 80 and 100 keV incident electrons and for energy windows of 50, 70 and 100 eV.
