. Pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis is an interstitial lung disease with distinctive clinical, radio‐logic, physiological and pathological findings. We report an additional case of this rare condition, diagnosed on first medical evaluation by trans‐bronchial lung biopsy and discuss the diagnostic approach.
