  The development of nine computer presented questionnaires for use in diagnosing the study skills and associated attitudes and intentions of senior secondary and tertiary students is outlined and a trial in which six of the questionnaires were used with 129 first year college business degree students is described. The departmental impact of the research is mentioned and details are given of plans for further development and use of the questionnaires.
