SUMMARY The possible effects of a three day pretreatment with fenbufen on the pharmacokinetics of a single oral (500 mg) dose of ciprofloxacin were evaluated in a randomized crossover study in a group of eight healthy male volunteers. Fenbufen pretreatment was shown to have no significant effect on ciprofloxacin pharmacokinetics.
