‘We are living today in a shrinking world where the problems facing us and the profession of pharmacy in our country have become increasingly the concern of pharmacists around the world. Unfortunately, provincialism characterizes a good part of American pharmacy and there are those among us who refuse to admit that an understanding of pharmacy as practiced in other countries can assist us in solving our own problems.’
