Summary. The preparation of antisera to human mycoplasmas and their use when dried on paper discs are described. The discs were tested in 6 diagnostic laboratories in parallel with locally prepared wet discs as controls. In all 138 mycoplasma strains were examined. Wet and dry discs gave essentially identical results in all but 5% of cases. The dried discs had a shelf life of at least 2 years.
