Summary. A nephelometer flask of new design is described. It consists of a 250 ml Erlenmeyer flask with a dam placed across the neck and a cuvette fused to the base at an angle of 5° from the horizontal. The flask allows the use of volumes of up to 50 ml without contamination of the cotton plugs.
