Reg Andlaw: appreciations

Editors are often seen only indirectly through the quality of their journals. Reg Andlaw has been the key to the merger of the journals of BSPD and IAPD and to the successful development of the International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry on the national and international scene. The items which follow are written by individuals who have known and worked with Reg Andlaw as a colleague, fellow author, undergraduate teacher, and editor, and they provide a more direct picture of the man who has been editor since the Journal began and who now becomes our Editor Emeritus.
