Summary. The lengths of maxillary and mandibular teeth with complete apices extracted from Nigerians were measured on graph paper callibrated in millimetre squares. The mean lengths obtained closely approximated to those in previous studies, and therefore did not support the view that Africans have longer teeth than Caucasians.
