A case of a hamartomatous malformation, termed ‘massive congenital mesenchymal malformation of the lung’, presenting with polyhydramnios and fetal hydrops, is discussed. ramnios. We report the third case of this unusual malformation which presented with polyhydran and fetal hydrops.
