Summary Pseudoepitheliomatous keratotic and micaceous balanitis (PKMB) is a rare form of balanitis, with only a handful of cases reported since the disease was first described. Although the condition has been described as benign, there is increasing evidence of its premalignant potential, with several of the reported cases progressing to verrucous or squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). We report a case of PKMB following penile SCC and discuss the literature on this rare condition.
