Summary An 82‐year‐old man presented with multiple, exquisitely painful skin metastases from an atypical carcinoid tumour of the larynx. These were treated successfully with carbon dioxide laser. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of laser treatment used in the management of neuroendocrine skin metastases.
