Summary Melkersson–Rosenthal syndrome (MRS) is an uncommon, complex neuromucocutaneous disorder characterized by recurrent orofacial oedema, facial palsy and fissured tongue. Complete MRS is uncommon. A case of complete MRS with multiple cranial nerve palsies is reported.
