Summary Cutaneous involvement in Hodgkin’s lymphoma is an uncommon but well‐recognized condition that usually occurs with advanced‐stage disease. Primary cutaneous Hodgkin’s disease (PCHD) is exceedingly rare, with only a few reported cases. We report a case of a man treated with combination systemic chemotherapy for PCHD, and review the available literature.
