Summary A 46‐year‐old woman with Graves’ disease developed infiltrative dermopathy of the thenar eminences. We believe this to be the first reported case of infiltrative dermopathy affecting the thenar eminences, and question whether repetitive occupational injury may have been a contributing factor. There is little published evidence to guide the treatment of infiltrative dermopathy.
