Summary Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) is a genodermatosis which usually affects fair‐skinned individuals at sites of chronic sun exposure, although the face is usually spared. We now report the occurrence of this condition in a Pakistani mother and her 13‐year‐old daughter, both predominantly with facial lesions.
