Summary A case of multiple miliary osteomas of the face in a 68‐year‐old female with no personal history of acne or former inflammatory skin disorders is reported. The patient showed multiple painless, stone‐like formations at several sites of the face. Histological, echographic and radiological investigations confirmed the presence of bone tissue in the dermal layer. Multiple miliary osteoma of the face is considered the rarest variant of primary osteoma.
