Summary Drug reactions simulating mycosis fungoides have been described most frequently for phenytoin, 1,2 angiotensin‐converting enzyme inhibitors, 1 and carbamazepine. 2,3 The first reported case of a quinine‐induced drug reaction that histologically mimicked mycosis fungoides is described.
