Summary Leser‐Trélat sign is defined as the sudden appearance of multiple seborrhoeic keratoses in association with internal malignancy. Although 75 cases have been reported to date, controversy still exists about the significance of this sign. The first association of the Leser Trélat sign with transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary‐bladder is reported.
