Summary Acne can affect unusual sites and occur at unusual ages with little involvement of the commonly affected sites. Discrete areas can be affected by acne which has been reported to occur in a naevoid form. 1 We report a patient who developed an acneiform rash in the site of a previous herpes zoster infection.
