Summary A 46‐year‐old woman with systemic sclerosis was treated with isotretinoin for 1 year. She obtained considerable benefit and experienced only minor side‐effects from the drug, comparable to those familiar to dermatologists in the treatment of acne. However, she noticed that her hair became pronouncedly more curly during treatment.
