Summary Skin rashes following allogeneic hone marrow transplantation are common. The majority are either drug reactions or manifestations of acute or chronic graft‐versus‐host disease (GVHD). We describe a previously unreported manifestion of a donor allergic response pattern in the recipient of an allogeneic hone marrow transplant who presented with papular urticaria in the post‐transplant period.
