Summary An East Indian infant with Klippel–Trenaunay syndrome and Sturge–Weber syndrome is described. This infant also had giant Mongolian spots, hypoplastic larynx and subglottic stenosis. The association of hypoplastic larynx and subglottic stenosis with Klippel–Trenaunay syndrome and Sturge–Weber syndrome has not been reported previously.
