Summary Vitiligo is often associated with alopecia areata and is believed to be an autoimmune disease. Although nail changes arc recognized to occur in association with alopecia areata, they have only been reported in cases of vitiligo and concurrent alopecia areata. 1,2 We report on two cases of the rare pseudo‐mycotic variant of nail dystrophyl 3 in vitiligo.
