Summary We report a case of lichen myxoedematosus/scleromyxoedema based on IgG‐kappa para‐proteinaemia and associated with multiple keratoacanthomas. With PUVA therapy there was little change in the scleromyxoedema; however, the growth of keratoacanthomas was accelerated, and squamous carcinoma developed in one lesion.
