Summary Pemphigus vulgaris in three Asian males is described. The disease occurred in the 30–40‐year age group, but otherwise the clinical features and course of the disease were similar to that seen in the European. Review of the literature suggests an increased incidence in young Asians with remission induced by lower doses of immunosuppressives.
