Summary Chemotherapy regimes, although effective for severe psoriasis, are attended by many potentially severe side‐effects. This paper describes a suite of microcomputer programs which are designed to accept patient data and rapidly identify trends towards the development of such problems. The programs also serve as a data base for subsequent retrieval but are not intended to replace the written record. Analysis of case records has shown a very marked improvement in conventional note‐keeping and data handling following the use of computers.
