Summary Papular urticaria is a chronic or recurrent eruption of irritable papules usually grouped in irregular clusters, frequently seasonal in incidence and affecting predominantly children. We wish to report what we believe to be the first documented account of papular urticaria caused by the larvae of Dermestes maculatus.
