Marked yellow discoloration of all the nails is the main symptom of the yellow nail syndrome (YNS) which is further characterized by chronic ocdema, lymphatic abnormalities and chronic respiratory disese (Samman & White, 1964). The following case report shows that yellow nails may also occur in lichen (LP).
