Summary A patient is described who had generalized allergic symptoms due to a specific allergy to her second husband's seminal fluid. The woman's serum contained a heat labile reaginic IgE antibody that conferred anaphylactic sensitivity on human and monkey skin. The antigen is a glycoprotein of the seminal plasma.
