Summary Nasal and skin reactivity to grass pollens is described with peak responses 6 hr after challenge. The reactions are considered to be Type III (Arthus‐like) in nature. The Arthus‐like nasal reactivity is not induced by previous hyposensitization but is correlated with previous tonsillectomy.
