Summary. Pregnancy after bone marrow transplantation (BMT) for severe aplastic anaemia (SAA) is now an encouraging reality. We present a successful pregnancy, 4 years after BMT for SAA, in a woman being immunosuppressed before transplantation with cyclophosphamide and total lymphnode irradiation (TLI). No fetal complication was diagnosed.
