S ummary . A young man with acute megakaryoblastic leukaemia was successfully treated with combination chemotherapy. A complete remission was obtained and further chemoradiotherapy followed by allogeneic marrow transplantation was administered. He is well and in complete remission of his disease 8 months after transplantation.
