S ummary . The three vitamin B 12 binding proteins in plasma were saturated with vitamin B 12 by an intravenous injection of 57 Co‐vitamin B 12 . All three unsaturated vitamin B 12 binding proteins reappeared in plasma in detectable amounts within 15 min of the clearance of unbound vitamin B 12 from plasma.
