S ummary The 57 CoB 12 activity in blood obtained from the portal vein during 57 CoB 12 absorption did not have the biological or the immunological features in vitro of intrinsic factor from normal human gastric juice. This indicates that 57 CoB 12 probably is not absorbed from the intestine with intrinsic factor.
