Summary A case of multiple keratoacanthomas (KAs) arising on sun‐damaged skin in a 63‐year‐old male is reported. The patient showed a moderate elevation of the T‐helper/T‐suppressor ratio. Therapy with thymic hormone appeared to improve the condition.
