SUMMARY We report the association of an intra‐epidermal blistering disease of the skin with colitis. Both the skin and large bowel epithelium were infiltrated by neutrophils and eosinophils, and showed intra‐epithelial deposition of IgA in an intercellular pattern. The colitis and the blisters responded well to treatment with dapsone.
