SUMMARY Mononuclear cells isolated from the peripheral blood of four untreated patients with pustular psoriasis (von Zumbusch type) displayed greatly diminished natural killer cell activity against K‐562 erythroleukaemic target cells in a 51 Cr release assay when compared with mononuclear cells from healthy controls.
