SUMMARY A 61‐year‐old woman is presented with essential cryoglobulinaemia and a 25‐year history of recurrent ulceration of the lower legs. She developed multiple benign angiomatous nodules on the face, earlobes and neck. Histologically, they simulated an angiosarcoma and are therefore of considerable diagnostic importance.
